A Sea Sailing Team Building Activity?

Have you ever thought of luxuriant sea sailing on deluxe catamarans for a team building activity? We know what you’re thinking. You probably deem it a ridiculous and unsuitable idea, but let us show you how it’s NOT.

Team building events are just some of the rare occasions that your people get together for chances of fun. We’ve come up of the Crew Synergy Sailing which is team building activity that lets you and your people enjoy sweeping the blue seas and relax for a little while before we inject team building through a really exciting way.

It won’t be a contest of speed. Crew Synergy Sailing is a test of better performance between teams navigating their own vessels. The competition will base on the sailing and navigation tasks for a preset course. Team members will have to work together as one cooperative unit to be able to make it through different designated waypoints. Each member will be assigned to all positions onboard. In the end, all vessels will have to arrive to a regatta.

We will be monitoring the performances of all teams. Towards the end of the event, we will be providing a workshop for your people for them to have a better understanding on the learnings from the activity and on how it applies to reality.
