A Team Building Event Specifically Designed for Your Executive Team

November 20, 2008

While many team building events are great for executive teams and general staff alike, Executive Adventure is designed specifically for the unique needs of your executive team.

This team building event is an overnight excursion into the beautiful Lockyer Valley, just an hour south of Brisbane,  and will take place on a 10,000 acre working cattle ranch.  Your executive team will get to get out of the hustle and bustle, far away from the office, and have a unique experience together that will facilitate the development of team building skills like conflict resolution, building and maintaining trust, giving effective feedback and much more.

Activities during this 24 hr event are designed to be based on “survival skills” like finding their own food (clay pigeon shooting), navigating the vast trail system to find their lodgings, and befriending horses for transport.  The key is that all participants must work together to be successful in these endeavors.

At the end of the event, your team will be presented with an evaluation of their performance and strategies for improvement from the facilitator that was with them through the experience.  And, most important of all,  after this team building event is complete, your executive team will be functioning better than ever and will have mastered skills essential to their successful management of their own teams.

To schedule this special event for your executive team just ring 1 300 267 738; everything will be provided including food, fun and facilitation by an expert in team building, and, the success of this event is guaranteed!
