Amazing Race Rottnest: Team Building and Racing Around Rottnest Island

In this event, teams will play just like how it goes in the Amazing Race contest you get to watch on television. Participating teams will race each other to different checkpoints, but the exciting part is that they will be racing around Rottnest Island! Teams will be making their way through checkpoints using their combined wits, skills and abilities. Acquiring maps, finding clues and asking for directions will help them get to their destination. After completing each challenge, teams will move on to the next checkpoint until they reach the finish line. The first team to cross will be the winner.

Sounds easy right? Not! Teams will be facing problems at each checkpoint, where they will be challenged to solve them creatively and cooperatively. Team members will learn to work with each other to be able to complete the task as quickly as possible. In the end, surely the game will have improved their communication skills and bettered their relationships.

The team will have to go to the pier, the golf course, Geordie Bay or at the Wadjemup Lighthouse and other sites on the island. They’ll surely be dog tired in the end, but the stronger unity and unequaled fun is an amazing achievement for the participants.
