Corporate Survivor Team Building Event Idea

If you’ve seen Survivor on TV you can get the basic idea for this event, however, instead of individuals within the team “surviving” it is the whole team’s survival that matters!

Once everyone has arrived to this team building event in Brisbane, they are broken up into tribes, and given colored bandanas (to denote tribe membership of course!). Then, the tribe will create a name for itself. After all these formalities, the tribes are off on the first Tribal Challenge.

Some of the options for Tribal Challenges include Water Transfer, in which tribes compete to see who can get the most water from the well into their water tub, using a leaky bucket! Or Red Adair where tribes compete to extinguish an oil fire that threatens their food stores; the twist is, the tribe is only given a rope, a hook and a few simple instructions. Then there is the Riddler! Tribes must answer a series of general knowledge questions, and if they get them correct, each tribe member is permitted the opportunity to pop an “immunity balloon” of a member of another tribe, who got the answer wrong.

All of the different tribal challenges of the Corporate Survival team building event are made to bring out the best of your staff. The tribal challenges are fun, yet also designed to provide opportunities for your staff to practice decision making skills, creativity, unity, and communication skills.
