Executive Adventure – The Perfect Team Building Game for an Executive Team

This team building game, the Executive Adventure, takes team building to a whole new level!  Over 24 hours, your executive team will stay together on a beautiful 10,000 acre working cattle ranch in Queensland’s Lockyer Valley.  During this time they’ll need to hunt for food (clay target shooting), navigate their way to the cabins before night fall, befriend and ride horses, and much more.

In addition to all of this excitement though is the opportunity for team growth and improvement.  Prior to the event there is a 2 hr innovative communication and leadership workshop which takes place at the office.  During this team building game, 2 certified and experienced team building facilitators will be working directly with your team.  And at the end of the event, you’ll be provided with an individual summary of team communication and leadership performance as well as customised strategies for improvement for you to implement back at the office.
