The Agenda is a team building event that incorporates several mini-activities into one. This team building event is a great way for your team to get together outside, and enjoy some exciting, yet beneficial activities together.

This unique team building event includes up to 5 different activities like The Cat Juggle. Of course the cats aren’t real, but the fun is! Your team will form a very large circle, and then several stuffed cats will come out. The idea is to work together to make sure not one cat touches the ground while throwing them all around the circle. As you can imagine, this takes a lot of teamwork and communication, and is absolutely hilarious.

Another example of an activity that is part of this great team building event is the 3D Mine Field. Your team is broken up into groups of 2. One member starts as the worker the other the manager. They must rescue objects (depending on your company these could be clients, accounts, etc) without setting off any of the mines (mouse traps). The trick is the worker is blindfolded and the manager must guide her/him to the object while maneuvering the worker safely through the mine field. The participants will switch back and forth in the roles of worker and manager until all objects are retrieved. Each participant will be working on skills like trust, communication, listening, leadership, support, and so much more.
