The ultimate result will rely on the combined efforts of both the driver and his car. The program will serve as the training ground which will teach the participants the needed techniques to improve performance and how they can actually apply them to themselves. The race, which is part of the program, will teach them on the importance of following the right processes, of staying focused, of continually evaluating their performance and finding out which needs to be improved, of managing stress and pressure, and of applying all these in actual.
