Taking Your Squad In The Surf For Team Building

Who’d have thought that you can take you corporate team for team building activities in the surf? With our corporate surf carnival, your team will absolutely have great fun riding the waves for hours. We can take you, along with your team to any of Australia’s coasts and beaches of your choice. The day’s objectives are: to improve communication between department members, to have the opportunity for some team bonding, and of course to better teamwork as well.

Before the event begins, all participants will be divided equally among teams. Each team will be distributed similar team hats or life saving caps and then apprized on what events will take place for the day and how games will run. After which team building begins, starting from identifying each team member’s strengths and making strategies and wise plans to get the biggest chance of winning each event.

Corporate surf carnival composes of various games all played on the shores and the water. Among these is the iron man or woman, beach flags, relays, board paddling, surf and swimming races. All are guaranteed to bring out each participant’s competitiveness and make for extreme fun and enjoyment. Events will occur in consecutive heats and will be played round robin style.

The corporate surf carnival package comes with an emcee, facilitators, all crafts and equipment for games, beach permits, set up of location plus design and development, even colored zinc creams for each team, sunscreens and bottled water. Medallions for awarding will also be provided. Shade marquees are also available to be set up.
