The Great Australian BBQ Challenge - A Tasty Team Building Game!

Most people enjoy a good BBQ.  It’s hard not to what with the fun atmosphere, and of course, the good food!  But, most people have probably never turned a BBQ into a game; let alone a team building game.  Now you can!

When they participate in this team building game, your office team is given the opportunity to work on team building skills such as communication, team work, decision making, and trust while having a great time preparing a BBQ menu and meal in Melbourne.

Throughout this team building game, the facilitator will be processing the events of each phase with the participants.  This will help to address problems quickly, but more importantly, to help keep a running dialog between team members regarding the team building game’s required skills, as well as how these skills and events relate to their experiences back at the office.

Once the time is up, the meals are displayed, and each team is judged on different aspects of the final BBQ meal such as creativity, presentation, taste, and team work.  After the winner is chosen, everyone gets to gather together and share in the awesome BBQ meals that were prepared.
