The Wow Factor In A Team Building Event

August 2, 2009

This is a great way to mix and build camaraderie with other managers you don’t usually meet during the team building event. You will be taken out of our comfort zone while competing but will still let you have fun.

The Agenda is a team building activity that will instill the message into participants that understanding, trusting and having empathy for each other, and going that extra mile and giving that extra bit of effort will get them closer to reaching their goals.

Your team will be able to participate in a number of challenges that will improve their skills. The Name Game Personality Appreciation is fully facilitated personality trait appreciation activity that identifies how each participant is viewed by his/her colleagues. The Cat Juggle challenges the group to improve their performance barriers are identified and creative solutions are introduced to overcome self imposed limitations. Participants open up to experiential learning as they enjoy having fun together and gaining insights into real world business issues. The 3D Minefield, an attention-getter challenge, improves trust, communication, listening, support, and cooperation. The Corporate Maze develops effective planning, knowledge management, and identifiesroles & responsibilities. The Red Adare teaches communication, leadership, planning, role empathy, listening, and cooperation across organizational boundaries.

This is a great team building event that brings together all your team in a competitive, often hilarious and very thought provoking format, and provides the opportunity to discover the perhaps hidden talents and skills of your people.
